All services are subject to availability, medical assessment, and compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.

2. Eligibility for Care

Services are available to residents and visitors of the UAE who meet our care assessment criteria. Clients may be required to provide medical documentation or consent forms prior to service initiation.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings can be made via phone, email, WhatsApp, or our website.

Same-day bookings are subject to availability.

Cancellations should be made at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur service charges.

4. Payment Terms

Fees are communicated transparently and agreed upon before service begins.

Payment may be made via bank transfer, card, cash, or approved insurance provider.

Some services may require an upfront deposit or pre-authorization.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Ensure a safe and clean home environment for our staff

Treat Nurse with respect and professionalism

Notify us promptly of any changes in health or care needs

All client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Medical records, contact details, and personal data are never shared without consent, unless required by law or medical necessity.
